• Information you give us. When you call, text, email or send a stay request, you may share your name, phone number, email, neighborhood, travel dates and details about your dog (such as breed, age, health needs and veterinarian contact).
• Website usage. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited. If we add analytics tools in the future, this policy will be updated.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and schedule your dog's stay
• To care for your dog, including following feeding, medical and emergency instructions
• To contact you during a stay and about future bookings

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share it when needed to care for your dog (for example, with a veterinarian in an emergency), when required by law, or with service providers who help us run this website.

The stay request form

The request form on our Contact page does not store information on this website. It opens your own email app with your details filled in, and your message is sent from your email account to ours.

Website statistics

We count visits to this website to see which pages are useful and how people find us: the page viewed, the site that referred you (for example Google or Instagram), whether you are on a phone or computer, and clicks on buttons like Call or Text. We do not use cookies for this, we do not store your IP address (only a scrambled code that changes every day, used to count unique visitors), and we do not share this information.

Reviews you post

If you leave a review at mansbestfriendmiami.com/review, we publish your name, your dog's name (if you add it), your star rating and your comment on our website. To prevent spam we briefly keep a scrambled, one-way code made from your internet address; we never store the address itself. To change or remove a review you posted, call or text (305) 322-3338 or email geistandrew@yahoo.com.

Data retention & security

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our services and maintain our records, and we take reasonable steps to protect it.
